Run a card show? Here's what you get
Collectors look for shows by city, by game and by date. PikaTable puts yours in front of them, with your floor plan, your vendor list and a dashboard behind it.
- Free to list
- English and French
- Nothing to install
Every screen below comes from an example show, set up the way yours would be.
Your show page
One page that answers every question
Dates and hours, the venue on a map, what it costs to get in, what's on the tables and who's vending. Written in both languages, so a search in French finds it too.
- Built to turn up in searches like “card show in Laval”
- Collectors save it, say they're going, and can see it on the map
- Your edits appear on the page as soon as you save them

Floor plan
Visitors know who's where before they arrive
Your published plan puts each vendor's logo on their table, next to the zones you drew and the doors, food and washrooms. Collectors plan their morning; vendors see which tables are left.
- Vendor logos and table numbers on the plan itself
- Zones for singles, sports cards, artists — whatever your room needs
- Readable on a phone in the room, not just on a laptop at home

The editor
Draw your room in an afternoon
Standard 2 × 6 ft tables, dropped in rows and numbered for you. Add the stage, the entrance, food and washrooms, then say what each kind of table costs.
- A whole row of tables at a time, then drag anything that doesn't fit
- Price tiers, so a corner table can cost more than one in the middle
- Publish when it's ready — drafts stay private until you do

Your dashboard
Tables, vendors and money in one place
How many tables are sold and how many are left, who booked them, what came in and what's yours after fees. For one show, or across every show you run.
- Tables sold and remaining, updated as vendors book
- Every booking with its vendor, its tables and its amount
- What you keep once PikaTable's and Stripe's fees come off

Table sales
Vendors book and pay on your plan
Vendors pick their tables on your published floor plan and pay by card. The money goes to your own Stripe account, and refunds stay in your hands. You choose when booking opens, and Premium vendors get a head start before it does.
Card payments aren't switched on yet, so nobody is charged today. Everything else on this page works now, and the prices and booking window you set are ready for the day they are.

Your show may already be listed
We list shows we find publicly and link to where we found them, but we never present them as confirmed by you. If one is yours, claim it: the page becomes yours to edit and keeps the visitors it already has, instead of competing with a second listing.

Confirmed vendors
Vendors add themselves to your show. You confirm them, and the page says so.
An organizer page
Your logo, who you are and every show you run — upcoming and past — on one page collectors can follow.
Both languages
Write your description in English and French, or just one. Visitors read the site in theirs.
On the map
Your venue appears on the map collectors browse, with the rest of the weekend's shows.
A badge for your own site
“Listed on PikaTable”, linking back to your show. One line of HTML to copy.
